Located only 10 minutes from Bethel Church, and 5 minutes from Sundial Bridge, Sacramento River Trail, Redding Convention Center, restaurants, golf course, hospitals and grocery stores. Casa de Luces has a private entrance and off-street parking. Wi-Fi is provided. This one bedroom apartment has been furnished with a new queen sized bed and a full kitchen. There is a private patio for morning coffee or outdoor dining. This is a non-smoking property.

There is a cleaning fee of $50.
Redding Transitory Occupancy Tax of 12% and applies for all stays less than 30 days.

Total Occupancy is 2 persons.
Long-term stay rate of 28 days or more is offered at a 10% discount. Redding Transitory Occupancy Tax does not apply to stays 30 days or more
